📦 How long does shipping take?

We lovingly pack and ship your order within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • P. T. : 3–7 business days

  • E.U : 7–21 business days

Once shipped, we can’t control carrier delays, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong!

💕 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (like earrings and candy), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos — we’ll gladly sort it out with a replacement or store credit if possible!

🛑 Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Just email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders cannot be canceled once they’re processed or shipped.

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or new product launches, please allow a little extra time — we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Methods:
We ship worldwide (where allowed) using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic (PT): approx. 3–7 business days

  • E.U. : approx. 7–21 business days

Please note that once a package leaves our hands, delivery times and possible delays are beyond our control. Customs fees and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Issues:
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please email us at Eeveelunacompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier. Eevee Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always try to assist!
